Beni Suef University Celebrates the Completion of Social Work Field Training in Partnership with Three Care Institutions

Under the patronage of the President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Social Work celebrated the completion of the field training program for its students at institutions serving older adults, juveniles, and people with visual impairments. The ceremony featured presentations of students' initiatives and an exchange of certificates of appreciation with the directors of the participating institutions in recognition of their valuable partnership in preparing a new generation of social work professionals.

Regular Attendance of Third-Level Field Training Supervisory Meetings for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Third-level students attended their scheduled supervisory meeting at the Faculty on February 9, 2026. Students were also instructed to promptly collect their grade cards and professional training records from the Field Training Unit to ensure the smooth implementation of follow-up and evaluation procedures during the upcoming training period.

The Faculty Council held its 102nd meeting for February 2026 on Monday, February 9, 2026, chaired by Professor Dr. Hendawy Abdallah Hassan, Dean of the Faculty, with Associate Professor Dr. Ahmed Qassem serving as Secretary of the Council. The meeting was attended by the Vice Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, professors, and Council members.

The College is working on preparing a social worker who can compete in the labor market locally and in regionaly and able to bring about positive change in society and carry out researches that deals with the study of human behavior and social environment to develop appropriate plans for professional intervention at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It also works to develop its internal society and local community and contribute to solving national problems.
