Evaluative Study of Pioneers' groups programs in youth centers

Research Abstract

Collective programs are important mean in self evaluation and cooperating the youth of orientation according to the environmental circumstances in framework by all sympathy and love, with the extension of loyalty spirit to the group. Collective programs provide also the opportunities to participated members to develop and learn. The ministry of youth includes carrying out for some youth and children programs (political, economical, sportive, social, guiding, and public services programs). It aims to develop their abilities with the best and most suitable methods to achieve the integrated progression opportunities to achieve self, physical, and social balance of youth. It depends on the collective programs administration method, It can be said that pioneers in a great need to the collective programs which have the spontaneity, self desire and self dependence. So it is very important to provide the opportunities to choose the suitable activities for pioneers in light of their interests, trends, abilities and wishes. The social worker should balance between pioneers needs and desire of recreation activity through providing variety activities in their leisure time that aims to the progression of the following sides (social, political, cultural and artistic). The current study seeks to evaluate of pioneers' groups programs in youth centers.
